By placing an order and making payment you acknowledge and agree to our Terms and Conditions outlined below:

Bicki’s Bakery is a small home-based cupcake establishment operating out of a residential kitchen in Marlborough, MA permitted by the Board of Health.

My cupcake bouquets and gift boxes contain industry standard artificial food coloring.  When placing your order, please keep in mind that darker and more vibrant colors require more food coloring.  Please be aware that darker colors may result in temporary tongue staining.  In addition, my recipes use industry standard extracts, which may contain alcohol due to the manufacturing process.  Each bouquet is made by hand; while I can emulate previous bouquets, please note that colors and styles will vary slightly.

Please ensure you inform me of any allergies, such as gluten, dairy, egg, nuts, soy, fruit, etc., that may affect your order.  Cupcakes are made in a residential kitchen where all allergens are present.  While the greatest care is taken, please be aware that my kitchen is not a gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, or nut free establishment.  Though washed and sanitized in between batches, shared equipment is used causing possible traces of allergens to be present.  I suggest anyone with severe allergies not to consume my products.

Please handle your bouquet and/or gift box with care!  I am not liable for any damage sustained to the cupcakes or its decorations once they are collected.  Please pick up and carry your bouquet from the bottom, and keep it away from your body so as not to squish the frosting.  Place your bouquet and/or gift box on the floor of your vehicle and not on the seat.  On warm, hot, or humid days, please ensure the air conditioner is turned on to keep the buttercream from melting during transit.  I will not be held responsible for any consequences if these instructions are not followed.

Your bouquet and/or gift box should be stored at cool room temperature and out of direct sunlight.  Direct sunlight will melt the buttercream.  I suggest they be consumed within 4 days of pickup, though cupcakes may last up to seven days but will lose its freshness after 3-4 days.  Please note that refrigeration will cause the cupcakes to dry out.  I will not be held responsible for any consequences if these instructions are not followed.

Changes to orders are accepted up to one week prior to collection.  Orders cancelled within 72 hours before collection will not be refunded.  If Bicki’s Bakery is forced to cancel your order due to an unavoidable situation, I will offer a full refund.  I will not be held liable for any consequential losses, and you should ensure your event insurance includes coverage for such losses.

I reserve the right to refuse an order at any time for any reason.  Full payment must be received to confirm and secure your order.  Prices quoted are on a case by case basis.  Collection of your bouquet and/or gift box is by appointment only.  Please keep to your appointment time and advise me of any delays as soon as possible.  I will allow a 15 minute window to collect your order.  Failure to collect your order at the scheduled time will result in forfeit of your bouquet and/or gift box, and no refund will be given.

Bouquets and gift boxes cannot be shipped.
