Thank you for your interest in Bicki’s Bakery.  To place an order, please use the form below.  Please note that this form is an inquiry only and not a confirmation of your order.  I will respond to you as soon as possible with a quote.  If you accept this quote, full payment is required to confirm your order.  Your order will not be confirmed until you make payment.  Reservations of an order are not accepted.  Therefore, if you have a special occasion coming up, please ensure you make payment immediately to secure your order as I only take a limited amount of orders per week.

Your order will be available for contactless pickup in Marlborough, MA on the date and time chosen on your order form.  Delivery and shipping is not available.  Failure to collect your order at the scheduled time will result in forfeit of your bouquet and/or gift box, and no refund will be given.  Please be mindful that Bicki’s Bakery is a small home based business.

Bicki's Bakery reserves the right to refuse an order at any time for any reason.  Full payment must be received to confirm and secure your order.  Prices quoted are on a case by case basis.  Collection of your bouquet and/or gift box is by appointment only.  Please keep to your appointment time and advise us of any delays as soon as possible.  I will allow a 15 minute window to collect your order.  Failure to collect your order at the scheduled time will result in forfeit of your bouquet and/or gift box, and no refund will be given.

BICKI’S BAKERY OPERATES OUT OF A RESIDENTIAL KITCHEN WHERE ALL ALLERGENS ARE PRESENT. THOUGH I OFFER GLUTEN FREE AND DAIRY FREE CUPCAKES, PLEASE NOTE THAT CROSS CONTAMINATION CAN OCCUR.  CUPCAKES ARE BAKED IN A HOME KITCHEN THAT ALSO IS IN CONTACT WITH MILK, EGGS, PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, WHEAT, AND SOY.  IF YOU ARE HIGHLY ALLERGIC, I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT CONSUME MY PRODUCTS.

* Please note that the bouquets are placed in a box for ease of transportation to avoid them tipping over during sudden stops.  You may choose to present your bouquet in the box as is; however, it is more beautifully presented as a bouquet itself.  To remove the bouquet from the box, lift the top of the cover and unhook the sides of the box.  The bouquet can then be removed from the box by carefully lifting it from the bottom.  Please do not handle them from the sides as this may squish the "flowers".
